I had to update my Godaddy account to IIS 7.0 using Integrated Mode for ASP.NET MVC to start working correctly. When I made this change BlogEngine.NET 1.4.5 stopped working. So I did a quick Google search and found these following helpful sites.

Just need to copy the bottom part of the following web.config.
